On 24.07.2026, this case was taken up by way of a praecipe on the application for restoration of the appeal and the case was listed on 24.08.2026. Meanwhile, the Applicants/Appellants had approached the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay, Nagpur Bench, by filing Writ Petition No. 4979/2026. In the said writ petition, the Hon’ble High Court has directed this Appellate Tribunal to decide the application for restoration of the appeal expeditiously; that, there is no representation on behalf of the Applicants/Appellants despite repeated calls.
At this stage, the Learned Counsel for the Respondent/Bank tenders the reply to the M.A. No. 21/2026. The same is taken on record. List the case on 25.08.2026 for hearing. Sd/- Chairperson Psa-01
