BEFORE THE DEBTS RECOVERY APPELLATE TRIBUNAL, AT: MUMBAI Present: Justice Vivek Bharti Sharma, Chairperson I.A. No. 323/2026 (WoD) In

Misc. Appeal Diary No. 864/2026 Between

Mitinbhai Pravinchandra Shah & Anr. … Appellant/s V/s. The Authorised Officer, LIC Housing Finance Ltd. …Respondent/s

-: Order dated: 20/08/2026: - Present as under: Mr. Gaurang Kinkhabwala i/b Ms. Kanjani Trivedi, Counsel for Applicants/Borrower. Mr. Vidhyadhar Shinde i/b Singhania & Co., Counsel for Respondent/LICHFL.

Report by the registry is that the order of the deposit has not been complied with by the Applicant/Borrower.

The Counsel for the Applicant/Borrower would submit that he has deposited the amount through his cooperative bank but there are some technical issues between the cooperative banks and the nationalised banks for the reason of which the UTR is not tallying. Matter is being heard regularly for last three days therefore, in the interest of justice the appellant is given time to do needful to prove the pre-deposit.

List the matter on 21.08.2026 for further proceedings. Sd/- Chairperson VKC-06
