Present as under:
Mr. Prakash B Paithankar, Counsel for Appellants appeared through VC. Mr. Somesh Talla, i/b Ms. Vaishali Bhilare, Counsel for Respondent No.1. No representation for the other Respondent despite repeated calls.
2. Perusal of the order dated 21.04.2026 would reflect that Respondent No. 1 was directed to file its reply to the appeal subject to payment of costs of ₹5,000/- to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund.
3. The Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 1/Bank would submit that the cost of ₹5,000/- has not been complied with and seeks one more opportunity to comply with the same.
4. The last opportunity is granted to Respondent No. 1/Bank to file its reply, subject to payment of costs of ₹5,000/- to the DRT Bar
Association, Mumbai, in addition to the previous cost of ₹5,000/- within one week. Both costs are now be deposited in DRT, Bar Association, Mumbai.
5. The reply to the grounds of appeal be filed within four weeks with an advance copy to the Appellants.
