2. The Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 2 would submit that she has got instructions to appear on behalf of Respondent No. 1/Bank.
3. The Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 2 files her Vakalatnama which is taken on record.
4. The Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 3 would submit that he has got instructions from Respondent No. 3 to appear on his/her behalf. He undertakes to file his Vakalatnama within 3 days.
