1. Present:
Ms. Riddhi i/b Mr. Ritesh Patadia, Counsel for Appellant, appeared through VC. Mr. Sanjay Anabhawane along with Ms. Medha Rane i/b M and Shegal Venture, Counsel for Respondent.
2. The Learned Counsel for the Appellant/Borrower would seek adjournment to file the rejoinder. Strongly objected to by the Counsel for Respondent/Bank on the grounds that one week time was granted vide order dated 09.04.2026 and no further time should be granted.
3. However, one more opportunity is granted to file the rejoinder, if any, within a week from today in the interest of justice.
4. List the matter on 04.09.2026 for further proceedings.
