1. Present as under:
Roseline R. Nadar, Counsel for Appellant. Mrs. Uma Fadia, Counsel for Respondent No.1. Mr. Sachin Kaikini, Counsel for Intervener. No representation for other Respondents despite repeated calls.
2. The Learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 would submit that she has got the instructions from Respondent No.1 to appear in this matter and seeks time to file her Vakalatnama within two days.
3. The same be filed within two days.
4. Noting of the registry dated 25.06.2026 would reflect that the service upon the Respondent No.2 is incomplete.
5. In view of the above, re-issue the notice to the Respondent No. 2 and 3 by registered speed post.
6. Steps be taken within one week.
7. The reply be filed, if any, within two weeks with an advance copy to the other sides.
