1. Present as under:

Ms. Somya, i/b M/s. T. N. Tripathi & Co., Counsel for Appellant. Mr. Harish Adwant, Counsel for Respondent appeared through VC.

2. Heard the Appellant in part.

3. However, at later stage, the Learned Counsel for the Appellant seeks an adjournment as main counsel is not available today.

4. It is pertinent to observe that it is the Appellant itself who had approached the Hon’ble High Court for expeditious disposal of appeals in a time-bound period. The Appellant, who had approached the Hon’ble High Court seeking a time-bound disposal of these appeals, should not seek any further extension. Already, four weeks out of the six weeks granted by the Hon’ble High Court have lapsed without there being no substantial arguments addressed for deciding these appeals.

5. At this stage, the Learned Counsel for the Appellant would submit that she would request the Hon’ble High Court to grant a further extension for deciding these cases expeditiously.

The Learned Counsel for the Appellant seeks 01.09.2026 for hearing. However, the Court Master would inform that on 1 to 3 September, 2026, matters to be decided in a time-bound period are already listed.

Therefore, list the case on 04.09.2026 for hearing. Sd/- Chairperson Psa-01 & 03
