1. Present:
Ms. Rekha Musale, Counsel for Applicant. No representation for the Respondents despite repeated calls.
2. The Learned Counsel for the Applicant would submit that the sale certificate has been issued in favour of the Auction Purchaser. Therefore, the Auction Purchaser is required to be impleaded in the array of parties as a Respondent. She seeks liberty to take appropriate steps in this regard and seeks time to file an appropriate application for impleadment.
3. The perusal of the order sheet would reflect that the matter has not been taken up for hearing for a considerable period, as there was no Chairperson at the DRAT, Mumbai.
4. In view thereof, re-issue the notice to the Respondents by Registered Speed Post.
5. Steps be taken within one week.
