Present as under: Mr. Sanjay Sahadeo Anabhawane, Counsel for Appellants. Ms. Sneha Nandgaonkar i/b M/s. PRS Legal, Counsel for Respondent/ASREC.
The Counsel for the Respondent/ASREC would submit that reply/objections to the ground of appeal and incidental application could not be filed. The previous order dated 20.04.2026 had directed the Respondent No. 1 for filing the same subject to the cost of Rs. 5,000/-. However , the same is not filed and paid. In the interest of justice, last opportunity is also granted to pay the cost of Rs. 5,000/- to the DRT Bar Association. To be paid within a week.
Reply/objections be filed within four weeks with an advance copy to the Appellants.
