The Learned Counsel for the Applicant/Borrower would submit that the order dated 12.10.2026 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No. 57722/2026 has directed that the Respondent No.1/Bank intends to proceed with the auction, shall not be finalized.
He tenders the pursis to the same effect with the copy of the order dated 12.10.2026. Same is taken on record.
