Present: The file is taken up by way of praecipe filed by Mr. Chinmayee Ghag, Counsel for Respondent No. 2.
The Counsel for Respondent No. 2 is moving an interim application for vacating stay passed vide order dated 27.11.2025 and continued vide order dated 16.07.2026.
