Present: Mr. Aashish Sharma along with Ms. Sonia Singh, Counsel for Applicants, appeared through VC. Ms. Riddhi Jhaveri i/b M/s. Singhania & Co., Counsel for Respondent/Bank.
The Learned Counsel for Applicant/Borrower would submit that he could not deposit the waived amount of the mandatory pre- deposit as per section 18 of the SARFAESI Act because of the reason that the possession of the secured asset in which the belongings and records of the Applicant/Borrower are also lying.
Be deposited within a week as the last opportunity otherwise the appeal shall stand rejected for non-deposit of the mandatory pre- deposit as per section 18 of the SARFAESI Act.
List the matter on 25.08.2026 for further proceedings.
