1. Present:
Mr. Prashant Pandit along with Mr. Jay Pandit, Counsel for Appellant.

Mr. Puneet Gogad along with Mr. Kushal Sawant, Counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 & 3.
No representation for other Respondents despite repeated calls.
2. The Learned Counsel for the Appellant would submit that, during the pendency of the Appeal, Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have sold the property in question. Accordingly, applications have been filed seeking impleadment of the purchasers and initiating contempt proceedings on the ground that the property was dealt with despite the subsisting stay order. He would further submit that the said applications are presently under objections.
3. The Learned Counsel for the Appellant seeks time to remove
the objections.
