Shobha Raghuram and no further amount is due. Accordingly, Appeal may be disposed of as mentioned in the letter dated 16th July, 2026. Learned Counsel for the Appellants did not dispute this factual submissions of Respondent’s Counsel. In view of the statement made by the Learned Counsel for the Respondent secured creditor, Appeal is disposed of. Pending I.A.s if any, are disposed of accordingly.
