Counsel for the respondents submits that the order passed by this Tribunal has been challenged before the Hon’ble High Court of Patna and that the matter is still pending consideration. Hence the further proceeding of this CP be stayed. Counsel for the petitioner opposes the prayer and submits that, in the absence of any specific order for staying further proceedings of CP, the proceedings in the present CP cannot be stayed; merely on the ground that the writ is pending before the Hon’ble High Court. In response, Counsel for the respondents seeks four weeks’ time to obtain and produce an appropriate order from the Hon’ble High Court with regard to stay of further proceedings in the present CP. Heard and considered the submissions made by Counsel for the parties. In view of the above, four weeks’ time is granted to the respondents to obtain and place on record the appropriate order of the Hon’ble High Court regarding stay of further proceedings in the present CP, as prayed.
