This case is fixed for filing of rejoinder, which has not been filed till date. Counsel for the applicant submits that, owing to the non- availability of the applicant, the rejoinder could not be filed. He, therefore, prays for grant of a final opportunity of two weeks to file the same. We have perused the record and find that sufficient opportunities have already been afforded to the applicant for filing the rejoinder. However, in the interest of justice, one final opportunity of two weeks is granted to the applicant to file the rejoinder. It is made clear that, in the event of failure to file the rejoinder within the aforesaid period, the opportunity to file the same shall stand closed.
