Learned counsel for applicant has submitted that he may be given a final opportunity of two weeks to file the rejoinder. Perusal of records shows that he has already been given twice opportunity for filing the rejoinder but the same has not been filed till date. However, in the interest of justice one more opportunity of two weeks time is granted to applicant to file rejoinder failing which the opportunity of filing rejoinder shall be treated as closed. It is made clear that rejoinder be filed only upto the extent of new facts that has been mentioned in the written statement or the such facts which requires the specific denial.
