It is submitted by the counsel for the applicant that vide reply to RTI application dated 04/05.08.2008 (Annexure-A/5) it has been mentioned that the case of the applicant is under active consideration for promotion to the post of PGT (Physics) for the year 2007-08. In this regard, counsel for the applicant has submitted that opposite parties have not decided the case of the applicant with regard to his aforesaid promotion till date. In view of above, counsel for the opposite parties is directed to procure instructions in the matter as to what decision has been taken by the department in furtherance of the aforesaid reply dated 04/05.08.2008. Let the instructions be submitted in four weeks from today.
