CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL PATNA Order Sheet Item no.: 24 O.A./548/2018 (RANCHI) [ PROMOTION ] Court No.: 1 No of Adjournment: 45 Order Dated: 08/10/2026 MANAS KUMAR BHOWMIK Vs RAILWAY

For Applicant(s) Advocate : Mr. Piyush Bharti For Respondent(s) Advocate : Mr. Amit Sinha, ASC through VC mode Order of The Tribunal Mr. Piyush Bharti, holding brief for the counsel for the applicant, and the counsel for the opposite party Mr. Amit Sinha, ASC through VC mode are present. Mr. Piyush Bharti has submitted that the counsel for the applicant, due to some personal reason, is unable to argue the matter. He further submitted that, due to the above reason, the date fixed for today be adjourned and some other date be fixed. We have perused the record and found that this case relates to the year 2018 and comes under the category of critical old cases. Counsel for the opposite parties has not opposed. In the interest of justice, an opportunity is being given to the counsel for the applicant to appear and argue the case. It is made clear that if the counsel for the applicant is not able to attend the Court on the next date of listing, the applicant is directed to engage some other counsel. No further adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties. In case of further adjournment, the Court will proceed in accordance with law/rules. List the case on 03.11.2026.
