CAN 1 of 2024 is an application forcondonation of delay and CAN 2 of 2024 isan application praying for recalling theorder of dismissal of writ application dated22.3.2011.
The present application has been filedafter a delay of fifteen years.
Keeping with the guidelines of theHon’ble Supreme Court in (i) EshaBhattacharya –vs-Managing Committee ofRaghunathpur, Nafar on 13.09.2013 and(ii) Pathapati Subba Reddy (Died) by LegalRepresentatives and Others -vs- TheSpecial Deputy Collector (LA) on April 8,2024, this Court is not inclined to condonethe delay of 15 years in the present caseon the grounds not being sufficient.
Accordingly, both the CAN applicationsstands dismissed.
