ORDER
Both parties are represented by their respective learned counsel.
Heard both sides.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner prays that the matter be transferred to DRT-2, Hyderabad from DRT-1, Hyderabad and directions be issued to the Learned Presiding Officer, DRT-2, Hyderabad to dispose of the matter within 30<sup>th</sup> days after hearing both sides.
Learned counsel for the Respondent Bank states that he wants to dispose of the matter and the matter has been prolonged by the borrower in this case and the bank wants money back.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the following order is passed:- "S.A No. 146 of 2018 is hereby transferred from DRT-1, Hyderabad to DRT-2, Hyderabad and the learned Presiding Officer, DRT-2, Hyderabad is directed to dispose of the same on or before 30<sup>th</sup> of April, 2021. The learned counsel for both sides will make their argument within one week from today and an order shall be passed on or before 30<sup>th</sup> April, 2021.
With this above observations, this matter is disposed of.
