. Heard the learned counsel for the applicants.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that the learned Presiding Officer, DRT- 1 is an ex. employee of Respondent/Andhra Bank and prays that this case may be transferred from DRT-1, Hyderabad to DRT-2 Hyderabad.
In view of the fact and circumstances of the case and more particularly in view of the fact that that no prejudice would be caused to any of the parties if the S.A is transferred the following order is passed.
“S.A No.240 of 2019 is transferred from DRT-1, Hyderabad to DRT-2, Hyderabad. The Learned Presiding Officer, DRT-2, Hyderabad is requested to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.” (Dictated to the Stenographer, transcribed by him, corrected, signed and pronounced by me on this the 25th day of March, 2021).
