THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL: For Admission Admit the appeal by providing regular appeal number. Issue notice upon the Respondents. Affidavit-of-service be filed within two weeks. Opposition be filed within two weeks thereafter with copy to the Appellant. Learned Counsel for Appellant submits that there is a direction to refund an amount of Rs.1,37,75,000.00. being 25% of the bid amount with interest along with costs within a period of thirty days. Learned Counsel further submits that there are issues to be considered as the impugned order suffers from material illegalities. Having considered the submission, I find that there are issues to be considered. Accordingly, operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing. List on 1st October, 2026 for hearing of appeal.
