… Respondents Mr. Arif Ali with Ms. Simran Agarwal and Ritoban, Learned Counsel for Appellants Mr. Gopabandhu Dash, Learned Counsel for Respondents No. 1 to 4 Mr. Prasenjit Pal with Mr. Ajit Keshari, Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 8 THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL: For Admission Admit the appeal by providing regular appeal number. Heard the Learned Counsel for the Bank as well as Respondents No. 1 to 4 at length. Learned Counsel for the Auction Purchaser while arguing the matter has placed reliance upon a particular letter of the Bank which is not on record. At this stage, Learned Counsel prays for time to file opposition to the appeal although the same could have been filed by now. However, since the Auction Purchaser/Respondent is seeking time to file opposition, the same be filed within a week with copy to Appellant as well as Respondents No. 1 to 4 who may file reply within a week thereafter. List on 7th September, 2026 for hearing of appeal.
