Ltd. & Anr. … Respondents Mr. Soudip Pal Chowdhury, Learned Counsel Ms. Saswati Sikder, Learned Counsel for the Appellants None for the Respondent THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL : Perused the report of the Registrar DRT-1 Hyderabad which itself is not satisfactory. Registrar has not even mentioned the name of the concerned employee who was dealing with the matter for preparation of the copies. Although Registrar mentioned that the concerned employee has submitted his unconditional apology, but nothing is on record. It appears that the Registrar DRT-1 Hyderabad is trying to shied the concerned employee. The Registrar is hereby directed to submit a detailed report within a week. That should be placed on administrative side.
