**THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL:**
For Admission
Mr. Dhandhania has put in appearance for the Respondent.
At the very outset, without entering into the merits of the matter, it is submitted that the matter is already listed on 18<sup>th</sup> September, 2026 for final hearing of the S.A. However, Learned Counsel for Respondent, Mr. Dhandhania, submits that since he will not be available on the 18<sup>th</sup> of September, 2026, he will be seeking some adjournment from the DRT.
Accordingly, it is expected that the Learned DRT should take up the matter within next ten days for final hearing. However, all the issues raised by the Learned Counsel for Appellant, including the issue as to whether relief which was

not sought for in the S.A. can be entertained in I.A., are kept open to be dealt with by the Learned DRT.
