THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL:

IA. No. 755 of 2025 application of waiver on making pre- deposit against the Judgment and Order dated 13th October, 2025 in OA. No. 517 of 2022 **State Bank of India Vs. Smti Chetna Thakur & another** by Learned DRT Guwahati, in appeal Dy. No. 1297 of 2025 filed by one of the defendants in the appeal, an order has already passed for making pre-deposit of the 35% of the debt due as recorded by the Ld. DRT, Guwahati. Since the present appeal is also arising from the same order, we do not find any ground for passing separate order for pre-deposit. Accordingly, IA. No. 755 of 2025 is disposed of.

List on 25th September, 2026 for further order.
