**THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL:**
Learned Counsel for Respondents No. 1 and 2 prays for and is allowed two weeks' time to file opposition with copy to Appellant.
Mr. Samrat Mukherjee has put in appearance for Respondent No. 3 who undertakes to file Vakalatnama within a week. Opposition be filed within two weeks with copy to Appellant.
Rejoinder, if any, be filed within a week thereafter.
It is submitted by the Learned Counsel for Appellant that DRT is proceeding in the matter; if the proceedings are not stayed, the appeal would become infructuous.
