It appears that Auction Purchaser is not impleaded as Respondent in the appeal. Let Auction Purchaser be impleaded in the appeal by moving an appropriate application within two weeks. The application should be placed before the Registrar on 7th of October, 2026. Registrar should allow the application on the same date. Thereafter, notices be issued to the newly added Respondents.
