Advocate Mr. Subhamay Karmakar appears for the appellant and files affidavit of service in compliance to order dated 09/09/2026 passed by the Hon’ble Chairperson. Postal tracking reports annexed along with affidavit of service are showing that sufficient service has been caused upon both the respondents. No one appears for the respondents. Hence, service is sufficient upon both the respondents. It is also seen from the affidavit that copy of appeal along with copy of summons has been served upon both the respondents.
