IN THE DEBTS RECOVERY APPELLATE TRIBUNAL AT KOLKATA HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SRIVASTAVA CHAIRPERSON Misc. Appeal No. 12 of 2026

Order No.09 18.08.2026

Punjab National Bank & Anr. ……Appellant -Vs- M/s. Bajrang Lal Agarwala & Ors. … Respondents Mr. Ranajit Chowdhury, Learned Counsel for the Appellants Mr. Ashis Bhukta, Learned Counsel for the Respondents THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL : Matter is taken up in the revised list. In the first round, it was submitted by the junior of Ms . Mou Saha that his senior counsel is busy somewhere. Now he is submitting that he could not appear due to his illness. Although it could not be a ground for adjournment, however, since the Learned Counsel appearing although without a vakalatnama, is making a prayer on the ground that he is a junior counsel, I adjourn the matter for tomorrow i.e. on 19th August, 2026 at 11 A.M sharp. It is made clear that if the arguing counsel does not appear and does not file the Vakalatnama, appropriate orders will be passed. (Anil Kumar Srivastava,J) Chairperson Dated 18th August, 2026 12/tk
