In the first round, it was submitted by the junior of Ms. Mou Saha that his senior counsel is busy somewhere. Now he is submitting that he could not appear due to his illness. Although it could not be a ground for adjournment, however, since the Learned Counsel appearing although without a vakalatnama, is making a prayer on the ground that he is a junior counsel, I adjourn the matter for tomorrow i.e. on 19th August, 2026 at 11 A.M sharp.
