IN THE DEBTS RECOVERY APPELLATE TRIBUNAL AT KOLKATA Regular Appeal No. 93 of 2025; Date: 13/10/2026 Indian Bank & Anr. ------- Appellant Versus Punjab National Bank & Ors. --- Respondent Order No.20 13.10.2026 No one appears for the appellant as well as respondents in compliance to the order dated 13/08/2026 passed by the Hon’ble Chairperson. This matter was listed before the Registry Bench for filing of affidavit of service on 07/09/2026, 21/09/2026, 05/10,2026 and today i.e. on 13/10/2026 but affidavit of service has not been filed by the appellant.
