THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL : Opposition filed by the Respondent No. 1 can be served upon the parties. Respondent No. 2, Auction Purchaser has also preferred an appeal being Diary No. 552 of 2026 which he submitted, may be considered as opposition in this appeal. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within three weeks. Learned Counsel for the appellant would submit that Learned DRT has already passed an order to return the possession. Since the appeal is preferred against the impugned judgment in which there are issues to be considered. Accordingly, operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed till the next date of listing.
