Advocate Ms. Akansha Yadav appears for the appellant and prays time to file affidavit of service in compliance of the order dated 19/08/2026 passed by the Hon’ble Chairperson. Earlier, on 06/10/2026 Ld. Advocate filed affidavit of service wherein it was seen that sufficient service had been caused upon respondent nos. 2 & 3 and on request of Ld. Advocate an order for newspaper publication was made. Therefore, service is not sufficient. None appears for Respondents.
