ID 0610260025153 dated 06/10/2026. Ld. Advocate for Appellant certified vide a certificate dated 07.10.2026 that all papers, except adjournment petitions, which were filed before the Ld. DRT have been made part of the paper book. If during the course of the hearing it is found that any papers, which were filed before the Ld. DRT have not been filed in the instant appeal, the appellant undertakes to bring the same on record with the leave of the Hon’ble Tribunal. The matter may be placed before registry bench on 12/11/2026 for filling affidavit of service.
