Despite of service upon the Respondent Bank in June, 2026, none is present to represent the bank, State Bank of India which is a serious issue. Let the notice be issued to the General Manger of the Respondent Bank, SBI to show cause as to why despite service, none appeared for the bank in the appeal. Why it cannot be treated as the bank has no opposition in the appeal.
