For Respondent : THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL IA 186 of 2026 is filed u/s 5 Limitation Act for condonation of 250 days delay. Instant appeal is filed on 05.03.2026 while the impugned order is passed on 26.05.2025. Despite service none is appearing for the respondent. Learned counsel for appellant would submit that delay is not intentional rather some delay occurred due to obtaining approval and preparing draft. No objection is filed by the respondent. Having considered the ground taken by the appellant in the application, I found the ground to be sufficient for condoning the delay. I.A. 186 of 2026 is allowed. Delay in preferring the appeal is condoned. Admit the appeal by providing regular appeal number. Opposition be filed within four weeks with copy to the appellant who may file rejoinder within two weeks thereafter. List on 16.12.2026 for hearing of appeal.
