Ranga Reddy & Ors. --- Respondent Order No. 06 15.10.2026 No one appears for the appellant to file affidavit of service in compliance of the order dated 10/09/2026 passed by the Hon’ble Chairperson. This matter was listed before the Registry Bench on 30/09/2026, 08/10/2026 and today i.e. on 15/10/2026, but affidavit of service has not been filed by the appellant. It is seen from the Registry Bench order dated 30/09/2026 and 08/10/2026 that the case no. was erroneously typed as Regular Appeal Dy. No.592 of 2026 instead of Misc. Appeal Dy. No. 592 of 2026. In both the previous orders “Regular Appeal” to be treated as “Misc. Appeal.” No one appears for the respondents.
