Ld. Advocate Ms. Saswati Sikder appears for the appellant and filed affidavit of service in compliance to order dated 03/08/2026 passed by the Hon’ble Chairperson. Postal tracking reports annexed to the affidavit are showing that sufficient service has been caused upon the Respondent No. 2 and 5 only. Whereas sufficient service has not been caused upon the Respondent No. 1, 3 and 4. Hence, Ld. Advocate for Appellant prays for substitute mode of service by way of newspaper publication upon Respondent No. 1, 3 and 4.
No one appears for the respondents.
Service upon Respondent No. 1, 3 and 4 be carried out by way of newspaper publication to be published in two widely circulated local daily newspapers; one in English and the other in vernacular language in vernacular newspaper and file affidavit of service on the next date of listing.
The matter be placed before the Hon’ble Chairperson at Hyderabad Camp Court on 27/08/2026 as already fixed for appearance and filing affidavit of service for newspaper publication in respect of Respondent No. 1, 3 and 4, by the Appellant.
