M/s Steel House & Ors ……Appellant -Vs- Avanse Financial Services Ltd. & Ors. … Respondents Mr. Samrat Mukherjee, Learned Counsel for the Appellant Mr. Avishek Guha, Learned Counsel Mr. Srijit Bose, Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 1 & 2 Mr. Pranabasish Mitra, Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 3 THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL : It is submitted by the Learned Counsel for the Financial Institution that the movables which were kept in the secured assets have already been sold by the Financial Institution for Rs.1,40,000/-. It is further submitted that the sale was made after issuing the successive notices to the Appellant. However, the amount is still lying with the financial institution. This issue shall be considered at the time of final hearing of the Appeal. All the issues raised by the Appellant in the Appeal are kept open. Supplementary affidavit if any, by Financial Institution be filed within three weeks with copy to the Appellant who may file reply within two weeks thereafter.
