THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL I.A. 84 of 2026 is filed u/s 5 Limitation Act for condonation of 04 days delay in preferring the appeal. Appeal is filed on 29.01.2026 against the order dated 23.12.2025. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that delay is not intentional rather due to obtaining necessary approval from the competent authority. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. Learned counsel for the respondent opposed the prayer. Having considered the submissions made by the parties, I found the ground to be sufficient for condoning the delay. I.A. 84 of 2026 is allowed. Delay in preferring the appeal is condoned. Admit the appeal by providing regular appeal number. Opposition be filed within four weeks with copy to the appellant who may file rejoinder within two weeks thereafter.
