At the very outset, Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 2, 4, 5, 6 and 8 prays for time to file the opposition although opposition by Respondent No. 2 is already filed on 02.09.2022. However, Learned Counsel prays for time to

2 file the opposition on behalf of other Respondents. This is a very old Appeal wherein sufficient time had already been granted to file the opposition. However, let the opposition by Respondent No. 2, 4, 5 and 6 be filed within two weeks positively, failing which right to file the opposition shall stand forfeited. No fresh order is required. Copy of the same be served upon the Appellant as well as Respondent No. 8 who may file rejoinder within two weeks. I.A. No. 554 of 2026 filed by the Respondent No. 8 Auction Purchaser for refund of the amount deposited by him. Opposition filed by the Appellant Bank. This Application shall be considered along with the final hearing of the Appeal. List on 2nd December, 2026 for hearing of the Appeal.
