O R D E R

Shri Ram Mohan Johri, Administrative Member Heard learned counsel for the applicant for some time.

2. We have considered the pleadings and the relief sought in the present Original Application. It is evident that Respondent No. 6, another son of the deceased Government employee, is also asserting a claim for compassionate appointment under the Jammu & Kashmir Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme, 2022. Thus, the matter essentially involves competing inter se claims between the legal heirs of the deceased employee, requiring examination by the competent authority in accordance with the applicable Scheme and relevant records.

3. We are, therefore, of the considered view that the controversy, in its present form, is more in the nature of an inter se dispute between the claimants than a service matter warranting adjudication by this Tribunal at this stage. Accordingly, the Original Application is dismissed, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the rival claims.
