ORDER
Miscellaneous Application The instant M.A. has been filed by the applicants under Rule 4(5) of C.A.T. (Procedure) Rules, 1987 seeking permission of this Tribunal to join and pursue this O.A. together. For the reasons stated therein, the M.A. is allowed. Original Application The instant Original Application (O.A.) has been filed by the applicants seeking a direction to respondents to grant the pay scale of (pre-revision) 220-430 with all pay revisions from time to time from the date of their appointment as Technicians-III and adjustment as Line Erector/Cable Jointer, with all consequential benefits including pay revisions etc from the date of their appointments, in view of judgement of Division Bench of Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir dated 29.07.2013 in LPA No. 58/2013 along with clubbed matter titled State of J&K through Commissioner/Secretary to Government PDD V/s Joginder Singh & Ors and order dated 23.09.2024 passed by this Tribunal in case titled Tejinder Dutta 7 Ors Vs. UT of J&K and others.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants would be satisfied, at this stage, if a direction is

issued to the respondents to treat a copy of this O.A. as representation of the applicants and decide the same within a time frame.
3. Looking to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicants, the O.A. is disposed of at the admission stage itself, without entering into the merits of the case, with a direction to respondents to treat a copy of this O.A. as representation of the applicants and decide the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order keeping in view the judgement of Division Bench of Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir dated 29.07.2013 in LPA No. 58/2013 along with clubbed matter titled State of J&K through Commissioner/Secretary to Government PDD V/s Joginder Singh & Ors and order dated 23.09.2024 passed by this Tribunal in case titled Tejinder Dutta & Ors Vs. UT of J&K and others. A copy of the speaking order shall also be communicated to the applicants also. Let the whole exercise be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
