The instant Original Application has been filed by the applicant, inter alia, seeking correction of her seniority to the extent it shows one Dr. Minakshi Rana above the applicant and refix the seniority of the applicant above Dr. Minakshi Rana.
2. Mr. Sudershan Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant stated that the applicant will be satisfied, if the present Original Application is disposed of with a direction to respondents to treat a copy of this Original Application as her representation and decide the same within a time frame.
3. Accordingly, in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant, the Original Application is disposed at the admission stage, without entering into the merits of the case, with a direction to respondents to treat a copy of this Original Application as her representation and decide the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order keeping in view the legal opinion (Annexure A/11, Page
50) tendered by the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs as well as communication dated 17.05.2024 (Annexure A/11, Page 51) issued by the General Administration Department. Let this exercise be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. A copy of the speaking order shall also be communicated to the applicant.
