The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the NaUonal lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/sefied the case/matter, the following Award is passed in terms of the Setdement. Pr€sent Mr. Vishvesh Patil, Legal Manager of applicant bank Mr. Shiv Pratap Singh, AR of defendant no.2 Both the parties have agreed in principal to seHed the TAy'534/2023 for a composite arnount of Rs. 57.00 lacs out of which a cheque no.073726 daH 28.10.2025 for a sum of Rs'5.70 lacs has been issued by the defendant no.2. The remaining amourt shall be paid on or before 15.02.2027. In case of default W the defendant no.2 in payment of settlement amount by 15.02.2027, the applicant bank is at liberty to revive the case and the re@ver the TA amount. Accordingly, the dispute between the parties sbnds amicably settled. This compromise settlement between the parties is sr,lo motto and with free will. In these circumstances, compromise is recorded. Now, the mafter stand disposed of in terms of @mpromise and the original documenb, if any, filed before DRT-II, Delhi be retumed to applicaht bank. The date aleady fixed in the matter before DRT stands cancelled. The file be consigned to record rmm.
