The perusal of record reflects that the application for condonation of delay was dismissed vide order dated 21.01.2026 and the notice on the waiver application was also issued. However, once the application for condonation of delay was dismissed and delay in filing the appeal was not condoned then as a result of which the present appeal along with pending applications, if any, also stands dismissed.
