1. The appellant filed present appeal vide Diary No.2556l2025. The appeal was declined to be registered due to the non removal of the objections as pointed out by the registry. The Registrar attached to this bench on many occasions pointed out the defects of the appeal. Despite grant of the opportunities the defects were not removed or corrected by the appellant. However, the order dated 23 .09.2026 reflecting that the objections as raised by the registry have been complied with. The present Chamber Appeal does not require further adjudication.
