1. The instant application is filed with the prayer for release of the pre-deposit made in pursuance of the order dated 04.05.2026 passed by this Tribunal. This Tribunal, vide order dated 04.05.2026 had directed the appellant to make pre- deposit of 35o/o of the amount of Rs.6.10 lacs. As per the report of the Registry, an amount of Rs.2,13,500/- has been deposited by the appellants as pre-deposit. The appeal already stands disposed of vide order dated 19.05 .2026.
2. After considering all facts it is ordered that the pre-deposit, if any, be released to the person who actually made the pre-deposit, as per rules and regulations and after proper verification by the Registry. Application stands disposed of. = d--2. (Dr. Justice Sudhir Kumar Jain) Chairperson -pk
